At Fausette, each piece we create is a reflection of purpose, quality, and timeless design. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you had in mind, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned in original packaging, including all pouches, tags, and certificates

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Exceptions
Due to the custom nature of some of our products, the following are non-refundable:

Custom or engraved items

Limited edition or made-to-order pieces

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact us at returns@fausette.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Securely package your item and ship it within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@fausette.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund.
Sustainability Promise
As part of our commitment to conscious commerce, every return is inspected for potential reuse or donation. We encourage mindful purchasing to reduce waste.
International Returns
International orders may be returned under the same policy, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Please contact us at returns@fausette.com before sending any international returns.
